Reservation Policy

Reservations should be made at least five (5) days in advance for up to 10 guests, and at least two (2) weeks in advance for groups over 10.

Spa party experiences are booked as a group and require a two‑hour minimum.

Last-minute bookings may be subject to an additional fee.

Minimum Booking Requirements

Minimum booking amounts are based on distance, staffing, and travel logistics. Requirements may vary depending on therapist availability and proximity.

  • 1–25 miles: $50 minimum

  • 26–50 miles: $100 minimum

  • 51–75 miles: $200 minimum

  • 76–100 miles: $300 minimum

  • 101–150 miles: $400 minimum

  • Over 150 miles: $600 minimum

Travel Fees

Travel fees are based on distance and estimated travel time:

Travel Fee Schedule:

  • Within 5 miles: Included

  • 5–25 miles: $15

  • 25–50 miles: $25

  • Over 50 miles: Calculated based on distance & travel time (typically $35–$45)

Parking

Requirement:
Hosts must provide safe, accessible, and adequate parking for all therapists. Parking must be convenient and available at the event start, as therapists are carrying equipment.

Rate:
A parking fee, if applicable, applies per therapist. Options include valet, on-site lot, or nearby garage. The host is responsible for this cost.

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposit: 50% nonrefundable to secure your date.

  • Final Payment: Due five (5) business days prior.

  • Late Payments: 10% fee added if not paid on time.

  • If unpaid 48 hours prior, the booking may be canceled and all payments forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests ≥5 business days before the event: no fee

  • Requests <5 days: 10% Change Fee

  • Rescheduled dates must occur within 90 days

  • Only one reschedule permitted per event

Cancellation Policy

  • Services are reserved and staffed according to final headcounts and booked services. Partial refunds are not issued for individual cancellations or no-shows.

  • All payments are non-refundable

Late Arrivals

  • Guests must arrive on time.

  • Staff will accommodate late arrivals when possible, but full service may not be available.

  • Clients may accept an abbreviated service at no discount if time is limited.

Payment Methods

Accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, SpaFinder & Spa Week Gift Cards/Certificates
Not Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp

Gratuities & Taxes

  • Gratuities are not included

  • Applicable state sales tax applies

Setup & Large Groups

  • Therapists arrive 30–60 minutes prior for setup
    Setup Fees:

  • 1–4 guests: $10

  • 5–9 guests: $15

  • 10+ guests: $25

  • Groups of 100+: 5% surcharge due to additional expenses

Contracts & Safety

  • Contracts required for all bookings

  • Service may be refused for:

    • Undisclosed medical conditions, including COVID-19 symptoms

    • Broken skin or lesions

    • Pregnancy not reported prior
