What services do you provide?
We provide skin analysis, facials, including anti-aging, massage therapy and hand treatments. We provide services for one-on-one appointments, spa parties as well as corporate events. We do not provide manicure and pedicure services.

Why choose a mobile spa?
We cater to those wanting the spa experience in the comfort of their own home, office or location of their choice. It is a unique way to experience the luxury of a spa in a more comfortable and personal setting of your own design. We can create a spa atmosphere anywhere. Everything is supplied including massage chair/table, linens, facial chair, cloths, candles, music - everything needed for a unique spa experience is provided.

Do you have a location I can come to?
No. We provide mobile spa services only and travel to the client’s location.

Do you provide services at hotels?
Mobile spa services may be arranged at hotels in designated event spaces. Spa services are not provided in individual hotel guest rooms.

What areas do you service?
We currently service the following areas: New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York.

What is a spa party?
A spa party is a private spa experience for you and your guests in your home, office, or selected venue. Services may be booked through packages, spa stations, or customized options.

Is there a minimum booking time for a spa party?
Yes. Spa party experiences are booked as a group and require a two‑hour minimum..

What should I do to prepare for a spa party?
Therapists arrive 30–60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for setup, depending on services booked. Please ensure adequate space for treatment stations. For safety purposes, pets and children should remain in separate areas during services.

What types of spa parties do you offer?
We offer spa parties for most occasions, including Bachelorette Parties, Girls’ Night‑In, and Sweet 16 celebrations. Spa parties are also available for tweens and teens, ages 6–16.

How far in advance do I need to book services, packages or parties?
Bookings should be made at least five (5) days in advance for services of up to 10 guests and at least two (2) weeks in advance for groups exceeding 10 guests. Events booked within these timeframes will incur a last‑minute surcharge due to additional staffing and coordination costs:

  • 1–2 people: $10

  • 3–5 people: $25

  • 6–10 people: $50

  • Groups exceeding 10 people: $75

How do I book an appointment?

What are your online booking policies?
Online booking is not currently available. To schedule services or request additional information, please visit our Contact Us page.

Are deposits required?
A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and staffing for your event.

Do you provide services for corporate events?
Yes. Corporate and on-site wellness events are available. Visit our Corporate Wellness Page for additional information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted and processed online at the time of booking. SpaFinder and Spa Week gift cards are also accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?
Services are reserved and staffed based on final headcounts and services booked. Partial refunds are not issued for individual guest cancellations or no‑shows. All payments are non‑refundable if the client cancels for any reason.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Instant online gift certificates are available and may be designed, previewed, printed, or emailed immediately.

Do you have a Referral Program?
Yes. Our Referral Program allows you to earn a $10 cash gift card for each successful referral. Visit our Referral Page for details.

Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A setup fee applies as follows:

  • 1–4 guests: $10

  • 5–9 guests: $15

  • 10+ guests: $25 per booking

Are decorations included?
Decorations are not included and are the responsibility of the client.

Are gratuities included?
Spa service pricing does not include gratuities. Gratuities may be offered at the client’s discretion after services have been rendered.

What if someone is late?
To avoid overtime charges, guests should arrive promptly for scheduled appointments. While therapists will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, full service time cannot be guaranteed.
