Spa Policies

Reservation Policy
We request reservations be made at least five (5) days in advance for spa services up to 10 people and at least two (2) weeks in advance for groups exceeding 10 people. Please note, an event booked less than the time periods mentioned above will incur a last minute surcharge. This is due to additional costs of executing last minute events.

Last minute booking surcharges:

1-2 people: $10
3-5 people: $25
6-10 people: $50
Groups exceeding 10 people: $75

Minimum Booking Requirements

  • 1 - 25 miles: $50 minimum

  • 26 - 50 miles: $100 minimum

  • 51 - 75 miles: $200 minimum

  • 76 - 100 miles: $300 minimum

  • 101 - 150 miles: $400 minimum

  • Over 150 miles: $600 minimum

Deposits
50% nonrefundable deposit is required to guarantee a date for all services. Events are not finalized until both the signed contract and deposit are received by C.B.N.'s Mobile Day Spa.

Final Payments

  • All payments must be paid in full no later than five (5) business days prior to the event date.

  • A late payment in the amount of 10% of the balance due will be added to the balance payment if not paid in full by the agreed upon balance due date.

  • If the balance has not been paid within 48 hours prior to the event date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and all payments received will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the event date to avoid a Change Fee.

  • Requests for date changes received less than five (5) business days prior to the event date will be charged a Change Fee in the amount of 10% of the balance due.

  • The rescheduled date must be within 90 days after the original date. After the 90-day period has passed, all payments will be forfeited.

  • Only one rescheduling permitted.

Cancellation Policy

  • The scheduled services are reserved and staffed according to final headcounts and services reserved. Partial refunds will not be issued for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

  • In the event a reservation is canceled by the client for any reason, all payments received are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
It is important that the agreed upon starting and ending times be adhered to. Scheduled appointments are recommended and notice should be given to guests to arrive on time for their appointments. Although the staff will do what they can to accommodate late arriving guests, it is not always possible for the staff to provide the entire appointment time. If time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at no discount.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards
Credit/Debit cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).

SpaFinder Gift Cards/Certificates
When booking your services, mention that you will be paying with a Spa Week Card/Certificate.

Spa Week Gift Cards/Certificates
When booking your services, mention that you will be paying with a Spa Week Card/Certificate.

**Zelle, Venmo and CashApp are not acceptable payment options.**

Gratuities
Spa services pricing does not include gratuities. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at the client’s discretion after the services have been rendered.

Taxes
Applicable state sales tax will be calculated at the time of booking.

Travel Fees
Travel fees including tolls (if applicable) are calculated per therapist and vary based on location.

Setup
Depending on the services scheduled, therapists will arrive between 30-60 minutes prior to scheduled start time to allow adequate set up time.

Setup Fees:

  • 1 - 4 people: $10 per event

  • 5 - 9 people: $15 per event

  • Groups exceeding 9 people: $25 per event

Parking
Location rate per therapist.

Large Group Surcharge
For groups of 100 or more, there will be a 5% surcharge applied over the total cost. This is due to additional expenses incurred when accommodating larger groups.

Contracts
We require contracts for all bookings.

PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:
- Medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation including COVID-19 symptoms.
- Broken skin or lesions.

C.B.N.'s Mobile Day Spa reserves the right to change these Spa Policies at any time without prior notice.
